Steps to uniting with your pup 

  1. Fill out the “Inquire about a puppy” form or contact us via email/phone.

  2. To reserve your pup of choice, go to your pup’s profile page and hit the “Reserve” button. Provide the required info on the form. By submitting, you acknowledge you have read and agree to the Puppy Health Warranty & Purchase/Return/Refund Policy. 

  3. We will reach out to you within 48 hours to confirm your reservation and to revert an invoice for the 50% deposit. Deposits are due within 48 hours of receipt of invoice. Deposits are non-refundable.

    • Failure to submit payment within the 48-hour period will result in your puppy being released from Reserve.

  4. The remaining balance is due 24 hours prior to mutually agreed upon pick-up date and time. Upon receipt of your deposit, a final invoice will be provided. Puppies will not leave the breeder’s property until full payment has cleared. Accepted forms of payment include ACH, cashier’s check or verified electronic payment.
